At the heart of the picturesque village of Mons, our accommodation is nestled on a charming little square that exudes the authentic atmosphere of Provence. The apartments perfectly balance charm and comfort, thoughtfully designed with authentic details and modern amenities to create a serene and inviting space for relaxation.

Activities

Our program invites participants to explore various well-being practices, starting each day with gentle yoga or slow movement practices and ending with reflective meditation. During the day we go out for hiking & swimming in our beautiful environment. There are some signature experiences (creative workshops and/or treatments) that will inspire and rejuvenate, with ample free time for rest and introspection.

The day unfolds with unique experiences like sound healing or creative workshops, balanced by ample free time for rest or exploration. Evenings wind down with reflective meditation and a wholesome dinner.

As a multifaceted woman, I’ve had the privilege of leading many meaningful projects over the past few years, each shaping me into the person I am today. I have found my own way of working through the human body, blending my skills as a therapist, a nurturer, a seeker of beauty, and a creator of transformative retreats.


Yoga is my retreat. I started my yoga journey during covid, which turned into me completing 600-hour training for hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga teaching. I believe yoga is for everybody, and I offer a tailored approach with a focus on alignment for sustainable practice development. For me, yoga as a mindset and grounding experience, not a mere physical exercise, creating a space for balance, self-awareness, and ease in every session. I translate this though into every practice I lead.

Who is this retreat for?
Our retreats groups are open for everyone, regardless of age or experience. They are for anyone who needs some time off from their busy schedule to pause and replenish. Anyone who enjoys movement, culture, food, and connection.
What language is spoken at the retreat?
The retreat is international, with English as the primary language. We also speak French and Dutch
How do I reserve my spot?
By following the booking button you will be redirected to our booking page with all the information we need to make your stay comfortable. A €400 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to the retreat. You may also opt to pay full amount upfront. Payments are made via bank transfer, and we will provide bank details upon your booking request.
What is the pricing?
Our prices start at €1100 for larger groups of 4 sharing an apartment. This option is available upon request only. The regular price for sharing a flat with one more person is €1400, and if you prefer to have an entire flat for yourself, the price is €1650.
What is your cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us promptly, and we will assist as best as we can. We highly recommend securing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Are flights and transfers included and how do I get to the retreat?
Flights are not included. Mons is easily accessible from Nice and Cannes, so we advice arriving to these cities. We provide one complimentary group transfer from Nice airport on the day of the arrival, and to Nice center or the airport on the day of departure. The time of the Taxi will be communicated upon confirmation of your booking. This will be in the earlier afternoon. If you cannot be present at this time you must pay for your own transportation.
We can arrange it for you if you inform us in time (5 days in advance). If you prefer public transportation options from these cities, feel free to contact us for guidance.
When does the retreat start and end?
The retreat begins at 3 PM on the first day and concludes after lunch on the final day.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for yoga and some warm items, as mornings can be refreshing. All yoga equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps, is provided at the property, so you don’t need to worry about packing those. Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen and a reusable water bottle.
Do I have to share a bedroom?
Each apartment has a bedroom with two single beds that can be used separately or merged. For larger groups, a comfortable sofa bed is available at the accommodate up to four people per apartment. Solo room bookings are also available.
What is the daily schedule like?
Each day includes a mix of yoga sessions, mindfulness activities, and free time to explore or relax. Typically, we start with a morning yoga practice, followed by breakfast, optional workshops or excursions, lunch, an afternoon yoga session, and dinner. A detailed schedule will be shared upon arrival.
What if I have special dietary preferences (vegan, gluten free)?
Our menu caters to a variety of dietary needs, and we are always open to making adjustment to accommodate your allergies or intolerances. Let us know in advance if you have specific dietary requirements.
What I have never done yoga before?
Our retreat is tailored to participants of all levels, including beginners. We offer personalized variations and alignment support to ensure everyone feels comfortable and can progress at their own pace.
