Do you offer daily meals at Le Petit Château?

We do offer daily fresh breakfast ( included in your room rate), dinner is on demand. Please make sure to book your meals one day before! You can find more details about our meals in the attached Le Petit Château info letter.
Do you provide transfer from the airport to Le Petit Château?

Yes, the transfer from airport to Le Petit Château can be arranged, (1 hour drive); kindly inform us with your flight number and expected time off arrival. Price will be between around 170 euro/ trip. You can pay with bancontact or cash to the driver; (if necessary it can be invoiced on your room but we’ll have to add 14% taxes). We arrange transfers from Le Petit Château to surrounding cities or any other place, please contact us and will be happy to book it for you.
Do you have a parking?

We do not have parking. The village is car-free. Feel free to drive up to the door to unpack your belongings. Then you can easily drive on to the public car park 100 metres from the house.
Can I charge my car electrically nearby?

There is no electric charging station at Mons itself. Fayence and (14 km) and Montauroux (17 km) do have an electric charging station.
Do you have WIFI access in the rooms?

We do have WIFI access in all our rooms and common areas such as the arc room, breakfastroom.. except atour garden.
What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in at 14h00, we do our very best to have the room ready as soon as possible. Check- out at 11h00.
The water in the room is drinkable?

The water in your room is drinkable.
How should we pay the activities and when can we book them?

All activities can be paid cash in Euro’s or with Bancontact, such as, massage, hiking, mountain bike tour, taxi, cooking classes, excursions,... . These activities can be booked, by preference in advance to ensure a great experience for all of us . All guided activities ( hiking, mountain bike tour ...) should be booked latest 2 weeks upfront .
What about your advice on a rental car?

You can find the classic car rentals at the airport; if you like to hang around ,drive to some nice remote spots and discover the neighborhood or other villages at your pace, we advise you to rent a car . If you prefer to be driven, we collaborate with a professional taxi service company and they will take care of your wishes.
How about payments?

Yes, the best idea is tobringcasheuro'soryourcurrencyand change into dirhams at the airport on arrivalbecause a withdrawal is notpossibleinthe airport. Youwillneed cash dirhams fortaxi,activities, small purchasesandfor tips.
Do you provide a hairdryer and a safe?

Yes, hairdryer and a safe are provided in the rooms.
Is heating and/or air-conditioning available in the apartments?

All apartments can be heated in winter or in chilly weather by both heating and a fireplace. Only our luxury suite with terrace on the top floor provides air conditioning.
