Hosted in the tranquil beauty of Provence- Alpes - Côte d'Azur, this experience invites you to explore scenic trails, take mindful pauses, and enjoy moments of reflection in nature.

Led by Steffi of 'Catch Your Moments', this retreat blends daily hikes, relaxation rituals, and soulful connection — the perfect combination of activity and rest. Whether you come to move, to pause, or simply to breathe deeper, this is your moment to slow down and be present with yourself.

About Le Petit Château

At the heart of the picturesque village Mons Le Petit Château lies at this little square that  radiates a real Provence atmosphere. The apartments offer a perfect blend of charm and comfort. Our program invites participants to explore a variety of well-being practices designed to support rest, movement, and mindful connection. Each day begins with gentle yoga or slow movement sessions, and closes with a moment of guided meditation or reflection to unwind and ground.

The heart of the retreat is built around daily walks through the stunning natural landscapes of our region — sometimes paired with a refreshing swim in hidden rivers or quiet forest spots.

To complement the rhythm of the walks, we offer a carefully curated mix of activities to help you slow down and reconnect:

FAQs

Who is this retreat for?  

Catch & Relax is for women only, looking to step out of the rush of daily life and return to a slower, more mindful rhythm. Whether you are new to hiking or yoga, or simply craving time in nature, our retreat welcomes all levels and all ages. If you enjoy movement, culture, meaningful connection, food and nourishing experiences, this retreat is for you.

What language is spoken at the retreat?  

Dutch will be our primary language. We also speak German and English. 

How do I reserve my spot?  

By following the booking button you will be redirected to our the email address of Steffi (organisator) with all the information we need to make your stay comfortable. A €400 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due three weeks prior to the retreat. You may also opt to pay full amount upfront. Payments are made via bank transfer, and we will provide bank details upon your booking request.  

What is the pricing?  

The price is an all-inclusive rate of €1200 for a fully catered and organized stay in a 5-star château, in luxury suites shared with one or two other participants. This includes all meals, workshops, hikings, yoga sessions, and transfer from the airport to Mons if the group travels together.

What is your cancellation policy?  

The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us promptly, and we will assist as best as we can. We highly recommend securing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.  

Are flights and transfers included and how do I get to the retreat?  

Flights are not included. Mons is easily accessible from Nice and Cannes, so we advice arriving to these cities. We provide one complimentary group transfer from Nice airport on the day of the arrival, and to Nice center or the airport on the day of departure. The time of the Taxi will be communicated upon confirmation of your booking. This will be in the earlier afternoon. If you cannot be present at this time you must pay for your own transportation.  We can arrange it for you if you inform us in time (5 days in advance). If you prefer public transportation options from these cities, feel free to contact us for guidance.  

When does the retreat start and end?  

The retreat begins at 3 PM on the first day and concludes after lunch on the final day.  

What do I need to bring?  

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for hikings and yoga and some layers. All yoga equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps, is provided at the property, so you don’t need to worry about packing those. Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen and a reusable water bottle.  

Do I have to share a bedroom?  

Each apartment provides place for two to four persons. To make it comfortable we will only let max. 3 persons sleep in each apartment. 

 

What is the daily schedule like?  

Each day is carefully paced with a balance of movement and rest:

  • Morning: Gentle yoga or slow movement

  • Late morning to afternoon: Guided hikes, outdoor activities, or free time

  • Evening: Meditation, creative workshop, or a relaxing moment by the fire
    You’ll have plenty of time for yourself, while also being gently held in group rhythm.

What if I have special dietary preferences (vegan, gluten free)?  

Our menu caters to a variety of dietary needs, and we are always open to making adjustment to accommodate your allergies or intolerances. Let us know in advance if you have specific dietary requirements.  

​Are the hikes and yoga sessions for all levels? 

Our retreat is tailored to participants of all levels, including beginners. We offer personalized variations and alignment support to ensure everyone feels comfortable and can progress at their own pace.
